Shipping & Order Policy

Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days. We ship during our business hours of Mon-Fri, 6:30am–3:30pm Pacific Time. Our facilities are closed on the weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that carriers can take 24-48 hours to update information on their websites. If you would like an update on item availability or the status of your order, please contact customer service.

Shipping

Physical addresses only within the contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

Eibach is responsible for shipping the product to the designated customer location as detailed in your shipping address. Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility.

Changes to the delivery address are not possible after a package has been shipped. Changes needed on orders before shipment will require a cancellation and a new order being placed. Contact the Eibach Customer Service Team for more information.

If your item arrives damaged, delivery should be refused, or please contact Eibach Customer Service within 48 hours.

We currently do not ship internationally.
