Shipping & Order Policy

Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days. We ship during our business hours of Mon-Fri, 6:30am–3:30pm Pacific Time. Our facilities are closed on the weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that carriers can take 24-48 hours to update information on their websites. If you would like an update on item availability or the status of your order, please contact customer service.

Shipping

Physical addresses only within the contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

Eibach is responsible for shipping the product to the designated customer location as detailed in your shipping address. Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility.

Changes to the delivery address are not possible after a package has been shipped. Changes needed on orders before shipment will require a cancellation and a new order being placed. Contact the Eibach Customer Service Team for more information.

If your item arrives damaged, delivery should be refused, or please contact Eibach Customer Service within 48 hours.

“Reserve My Sale Price” Coupon

Registering to reserve your sale price for an out-of-stock product does not guarantee that the product will be available for purchase when it comes back in stock. Registration does not reserve inventory, create a backorder, or guarantee that an order can be placed. It only allows you to purchase the eligible product at the reserved sale price, if available, during the promotional period in which you enrolled.

Limit one use per customer. The coupon is non-transferable and must be used with the same email address used during registration. Orders must be placed online.

The reserved sale price applies only to eligible products included in the promotion and is subject to product availability. The offer does not apply to taxes, shipping, handling, freight charges, installation, or other fees unless otherwise stated.

Some products may be discontinued, superseded, or otherwise unavailable after remaining inventory is depleted. In those cases, registering to reserve a sale price does not guarantee future availability, restock, replacement product eligibility, or continued production of the item.

The discount applies to the subtotal of your order and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.

If an order using this coupon is canceled, returned, modified, or deemed ineligible, the coupon may not be reissued or reinstated.

Eibach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
